1. Service Scope
  • We provide repair, maintenance, and installation services for all kinds and all brands of gas appliances.
  • Services are delivered at your doorstep unless otherwise specified.
  • Diagnosis of appliance issues will be conducted before repair begins.
2. Service Charges & Payments
  • Service charges will be communicated before work begins.
  • Any spare parts required will be charged separately and only genuine or high-quality parts will be used.
  • Payment must be made immediately upon completion of service, unless agreed otherwise.
3. Warranty
  • Warranty is applicable only on specific services or spare parts as communicated at the time of service.
  • Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.
4. Customer Responsibilities
  • Customers must ensure safe and clear access to the appliance for service.
  • Customers should disclose any prior issues or modifications in the appliance.
  • Safety precautions such as switching off the gas supply before service must be followed.
5. Limitations of Liability
  • While our technicians follow strict safety standards, Shri Tirupati Gas Service is not liable for damages arising from:
  • Misuse or mishandling of appliances after service.
  • Unauthorized modifications or third-party interventions.
  • Natural wear and tear of appliances.
6. Appointments & Cancellations
  • Customers are requested to provide accurate details for service bookings.
  • Cancellation or rescheduling must be informed at least 2 hours before the appointment.
7. Privacy & Data Use
  • Customer data is collected only for booking and service purposes.
  • We do not share or sell customer information to third parties. (Refer to our Privacy Policy for details.)
8. Amendments
  • Shri Tirupati Gas Service reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website.
